KISS COUNTRY GENERAL CONTEST RULES
1. Eligibility Restrictions
- Kiss Country contest are open to anyone age 18 and older, unless otherwise specified.
- Employees of Kiss Country, It’s corporate parent American General Media Nevada, LLC, affiliated entites, it’s partners, other radio stations in the adjoining AGM Markets of Southwestern Colorado and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
- Listeners are eligible to win a KISZ contest only once every thirty days, unless otherwise specified.
- Only one winner per household permitted for any given contest
- Listeners may win a prize valued at $600.00, or more, once every six months.
2. Prizes
- Awarded prizes are non-transferable, unless otherwise specified
- Prizes may not be substituted for, or redeemed for cash value
- Any prize not claimed with 30 days of the date won, is forfeit.
3. Selection of Winners
- Winners are determined without regard for race, religion, gender, or disability.
4. Conditions
- Payment of all Federal, State, and Local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Winners may be required to sign and IRS Form 1099, or equivalent
- By participating in a Kiss Country contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice and/or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, including internet social media where applicable, and to sign a public release prior to acceptance of prize won
- Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize won, or awarded. Pursuant to the liability release, the winner(s) agree to hold Kiss Country (KISZ), it’s corporate licensee, parent corporation American General Media Nevada, LLC, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest
- Kiss Country reserves the right to make changes to any ongoing Kiss Country contest, on-air or via social media which will become effective upon announcement
- Kiss Country contests are void where prohibited.
- No purchase is necessary to participate in any Kiss Country contest
- Failure to comply with any and all contest rules may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of prize
